About
Caseload Social Work Services Limited is an Irish-based independent social work practice specialising in assessments to inform decision-making in fostering, adoption, child protection, and kinship care.

We work in partnership with UK local authorities to prepare court-compliant reports for proceedings involving prospective carers based in the Republic of Ireland. We manage the procedural requirements for cross-border placements, including police vetting and ensuring reports meet the evidential standards of UK family courts and TUSLA, the Irish child and family agency.

Our mission is to expedite decisions that improve outcomes for children who are displaced, at risk of abuse, or require cross-border placements for protection. To achieve this, we draw on our expertise in the procedural and regulatory requirements for international placements under the 1996 Hague Convention on Parental Responsibility and the Protection of Children.
Quality Assurance
Our social workers are registered with CORU, the statutory regulator of health and social care professionals in Ireland. The public register allows anyone to verify the registration details of the social worker carrying out the assessment.

Compliance
We are a recognised “relevant organisation” under the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts. Everyone working with us are vetted by the Garda National Vetting Bureau.
